MBA

The MBA page titles the programme Master of Business Administration. Duration: 2 years, full-time, four semesters, plus 2 months of industry internship. Eligibility: graduates in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year students may apply. Specialisations named, subject to a minimum number of students: Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Digital Marketing, and Business Analytics and Data Science.

An AICTE letter in the disclosure, for 2025-26, shows MBA intake approved as 360, up from 0 in 2024-25, affiliated to Vidyasagar University. A later letter prints MBA intake of 360 for 2025-26 and 360 for 2026-27. An MBA fee is not printed in that disclosure.

BBA

The BBA page titles the programme Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours). Duration: 4 years, eight semesters. Eligibility: 10+2 from any recognised board. Students appearing for Class 12, or waiting for the result, may apply. Dual specialisation domains named: Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Finance.

The 2024-25 disclosure lists BBA with 120 seats, duration 4 years, and seats sanctioned for 2024-25 as 120, with 91 students admitted that year. Other BBA routes named in the menu, without a separate duration on the pages opened, are BBA (Hons.) with IBM certification in AI and Business Intelligence, BBA (Hons.) in Healthcare Management, and BBA (Hons.) in Tourism and Hospitality Management with JW Marriott Kolkata.

BCA

The menu also names BCA (Hons.) with a Google certification in Cloud Computing. A duration, fee, and eligibility for that BCA route are not printed on the pages opened. There is no BCA category on this site, so none was created.

Session

The site says admission is open for the full-time regular session, 2026 batch.

MBA

Exams: the MBA page says applicants submit admit cards and scorecards of CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, or any other national-level entrance test. The eligibility page also names the United World Writing and Aptitude Test (UW-WAT).

Selection on the MBA page: shortlisted candidates are told the date and venue; the round includes an on-the-spot presentation, group discussion or case analysis, WAT, a psychometric test, and a personal interview. Admission is confirmed when the fees in the offer letter are received.

BBA

Selection: the BBA page says group discussion on a given topic and a personal interview. It does not name a national entrance test on that page.

Disclosure 2024-25

The mandatory disclosure says students are shortlisted on test scores in CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or UW-WAT. It prints a minimum level of acceptance of 45%, and cut-off levels of the admission test for the last three years as 50%. The calendar lines say last date for applications in June, final results and the admission list in July, and closing of admission and start of the session in August. A calendar year is not printed on those month lines. The same file says fee-refund policy is notified.

What the site prints

The homepage says the school gives 100% assistance for education loans and Student Credit Cards for existing eligible students, and assistance for a subsidised loan under SC, ST, OBC and minority quota. It says it is registered with the National Scholarship (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology), the SVMCM scholarship for general-caste students within the state, and a minority scholarship for minority students within the state. Rupee amounts for those schemes are not printed.

Section 18.9 of the 2024-25 disclosure says the number of fee waivers granted, with amount and student names, is NA, and the number of scholarships offered by the institution, with duration and amount, is NA.

Figures on the placement page

The placement page says the highest package offered is 14 lacs per annum. It does not print the year of that offer. It says IQ City UWSB Kolkata has association with more than 250 recruiters, marked as a partial list. It describes live projects of 1 week to 1 month with FMCG and retail brands, a compulsory two-month summer internship after Semester 2, and a pre-placement offer where internship performance leads to one. Industry experts are invited for a biweekly interaction.

The 2024-25 disclosure, item 18.16, says enrolment and placement details of students in the last 3 years are NA. A placement percentage and an average package are not printed on the pages opened.

The Times B-School Survey 2026 news, dated 10 February 2026, says the school ranked among the Top 3 B-Schools for placements in that West Bengal survey. That line is a rank, not a salary.

Printed acceptance and cutoff

The 2024-25 disclosure prints a minimum level of acceptance of 45%. It prints cut-off levels of percentage and percentile score in the admission test for the last three years as 50%. It does not print an opening rank, a closing rank, or a score for one named exam and one year. A BBA table row also shows 45% beside the 4-year duration, while the later blank question on cutoff marks for the last years is not filled.

Times B-School Survey 2026

A news post dated 10 February 2026 says IQ City United World School of Business, Kolkata climbed to Rank 3 among the Top B-Schools in West Bengal, 2026. The same post says it ranked among the Top 3 B-Schools for placements in the Times B-School Survey for West Bengal, 2026. The homepage highlight repeats a No. 3 West Bengal ranking and a top 3 placement ranking.

The pages used do not print a numeric rating. The rating field stores 3.6.

Dated posts

• 10 February 2026: Rank 3 among Top B-Schools in West Bengal in the Times B-School Survey 2026, and Top 3 for placements in that survey.
• 7 May 2025: the school announced that BBA (Honours) and MBA, affiliated to Vidyasagar University, are approved by AICTE.
• The news list also carries Independence Day Celebration 2026, a wealth-management session, and a lecture on the partition of Bengal. A day and month are not printed in the list text that was read for those three items.

Admission is announced as open for the full-time regular 2026 batch.

TOTAL PROGRAMME FEE

The Mandatory Disclosure 2024-25 prints one programme total. BBA: Total 4,41,000 (4.41 lakh) for 4 years. That is the TOTAL PROGRAMME FEE. Annual equivalent, total divided by 4, is INR 1,10,250. That annual figure is stored in the annual-fee field because it is the only total with a printed duration.

An MBA total is not printed in the disclosure or on the MBA page, so no MBA annual figure is calculated. The disclosure says institutional fee waivers and institutional scholarships are NA.

Hostel: the same disclosure says hostel facilities are NA. No hostel fee is printed.
